CD Duplication Services with high quality digital UV gloss print - Storm media
CD Duplication is the process of burning or copying data or music onto high quality blank CD-R discs in small or bulk quantities. Storm media offer two methods of CD duplication. Automated robotic duplication machines or manual duplication towers which are both on our premises.
Our in-house facilities allow us to produce small to large runs of discs quickly and efficiently. An exact copy of the supplied master disc is created ensuring the content of each disc is verified and an exact duplicate to the original disc supplied.
We source only the highest quality and most reliable blank CD-R media on the market for all duplication jobs.
The main differences between CD Duplication and CD Replication (CD Manufacturing) are the process of manufacture, turnaround time and the associated costs. Both processes produce very high quality discs.
CD Duplication is generally ideal for smaller runs of less than 1000 discs or where discs are required very quickly. That said the market is changing drastically and duplication has become the preferred method when running small or bulk orders.
How does one proceed?
Request a quotation by clicking on the Quick Quote button at the top right of each page or place an order below. Once you are satisfied with the quotation and have signed off on it, payment of the deposit needs to be arranged. The order will then be processed internally.
The disc artwork or disc image needs to be supplied for printing on top of the disc. The disc artwork can be supplied as a JPEG or PDF file at 300 dpi resolution. This can simply be emailed to one of our consultants.
When running CD Duplication orders, all discs are printed before being duplicated therefore the master disc only needs to be submitted within 3 days of sending us the artwork or cliché. Once we receive your artwork, our factory will process your order and begin printing on blank CD-Rs. When printing is complete, the supplied master disc or content will be “burnt” onto the discs to create high quality commercial grade copies.
The finished discs are then packaged into cases with or without paper parts and delivered as per your request. Depending on the size of the order, the whole process should take between 7-10 working days.
